Digital Development Partners, Inc., (DGDM.OB) exclusively distributes and services the EFT mobile PDA Smart Phone throughout China and Southeast Asia. Digital, through an exclusive agreement with EFT International Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of EFT BioTech Holdings Inc., owns the worldwide distribution and servicing rights to the EFT-Smart Phone. Digital offers the EFT mobile PDA Smart Phone to EFT’s base of approximately one million affiliate members. The EFT-Smart Phone enables all EFT affiliates to speak with various other affiliates at no charge while in a Wi-Fi location, utilizing VoIP technology. This proprietary software also features additional applications that allow the affiliate base or any Direct Marketer to access their back office sites, including fund management accounts, where the affiliate is able to deposit funds to make purchases, as well as withdraw and transfer money to another EFT account or to another EFT affiliate at no cost for the internal transfer. The EFT-Smart Phone also includes educational applications and PowerPoint presentations for recruiting and training new affiliate members.
